Default Bolt on LS1

I have a 2000 WS6 6 Speed... as you can see in my signature.

I am gonna do pretty much a full exhaust and tune for the first 5-6 months with the car. But I can't find any solid bolt on LS1 guys trap speeds. Just ETs. The car will be in full trim. All options... Just hoping for like 350whp and torque... maybe trapping 109-110 in the 1/4. That feasible?

Its going to depend on where you are running. I run at Bradenton here in florida and I would trap in the 112-114 range with bolt ons.

I am always around sea level. I live in New Jersey. Right next to the Hudson River, NYC. The track I use is Raceway Park which is damn close to the beach.

I trapped 105+ stock in hot, humid weather.

I would be sad if only trapped 110 with LS6 intake, ported TB, lid, CAI, UD pulley, LT's, and TD's (which I have most of those parts sitting in my bedroom right now ).

What are TDs? haha Not relating to Football I imagine.

How would a lid work with a Ram Air system since I really don't know what the hell a damn Lid is still.

Is it like LT1 F Bodies? Is it a pan in the damn *** to get one done? I like my exhaust system going out the end of the car. I definitely wouldn't mind a X Pipe setup on my LS1 for a badass sound but I am not gonna go nuts and buy a $250 part just to make it happen ya know.

FWIW, I trapped 110.04 with a lid, cut out, LS6 intake, headers, 4.10s and a programmer on my '98 M6 Z28. This was in the heat of summer in south Louisiana.

No headers?

Ok... so I guess my goal is pretty damn realistic in this car. Still have no idea what a lid is though. If I need one on a Ram Air setup.

Is there anything you can do to these cars for enhance their ram air setups?

my gf's bone stock 99 ws6 m6 trapped 108 with nothing except a lid. it seems that a properly tuned bolt-on m6 will trap 111-113. my bolt-on a4 car traps 109/110 with a raceweight of 3,550.

I trap 112mph with only Headres and TDs x-pipe, tune and spec3+ and steel flywheel and I am making 350+ rwhp, leaving alot of power on the table with a stock ls1 intake and pulley.

A lid, also known as the airbox, contains the air filter.

Here's the lid comparison GM high tech performance did.
