Default Cam Suggestion?

I'm looking into a cam, but as we all know there are so many choices out there. So i'm just looking for some suggestions. The car is a 98 SS, jet hot lt's and ory, borla catback, fast/NW 90/90, MAF, and an LS6 crate motor. I'm looking for a cam around .600 lift. Any help would be much appreciated.

People are gonna want to know more about goals for either hp/tq/trap speed. Also, your tolerance for an aggressive ride.

Many many options out there... so you can get pretty meticulous on your demands.

It's an M6, weekend toy/track car, 3.73's (4.10's soon), and i don't mind an aggressive ride. I don't think i want something as aggressive as the trex, but something that will make a lot of power. I don't want to flycut the pistons (yet) and i'm thinking about having the heads ported/polished etc. when i do the cam. pushrods and springs will be done with the cam.

and i'm not looking just for top end power, i'd like a decent torque curve, with a good amount of low end torque.

tr224 is the best all around cam with an unbeatable tabletop torque curve. Loved mine. Going with a new setup how ever and my new cam is 234/240 6xx lift 112 lsa 108 icl. I'm also looking to rev a lot higher now.
