some kid test drove my car last week. i smelt burnt clutch when he got back. he didnt know how to drive at all. now i cant get my car into gear. when the car is off. i can get it in all 6 and R. when i start it. i cant get it in any gear. it just starts rolling when i try. i know 99's had horrible clutch systems. what do you guys think it could be? slave cylinder? thats what i was thinking.. how can i test? what do you guys think! i need to fix it now!

 

first off why did you let someone test drive your car that didn't know how to drive all that well.

Anyhow, do you get any sounds/ grinding when shifting? Does the pedal stick to the floor when you get on the gas?

 

bcuz im an idiot. an i wasnt thinking.

as for noises. nope. alil grinding when shifting every once in a while.theres like no clutch pedal at all. its extremely soft. an 1 out of 30 tries i can get it into gear. but its hard.
