Default Need help Please. LOUD KNOCKING!!

A couple of days ago i installed a nitrous kit in my T/A, I gave it a 75 wet shot on a stock eng. When i hit the nitrous it took off smooth then i let of the throttle and the eng. cut off. I tried starting it, but it didnt start, after investigating i took off the bellow going to the tb and found that the fuel solenoid was stuck open, so it was basically choking. After removing the n20 fogger from the bellow and lettin it sit there for a while, it finally started, but it was making a loud knocking. . Ithought maybe a bent push rod. But then this weekend i took the valve covers off and everything seems normal. Anyone have any pointers or has had the same prob. Please HELP.

how is your oil pressure ? if it is very loud it could be a spun bearing maybe it's just a p-rod.

Is the kocking coming from under the valve cover or from the oil pan. get a stechascope and check where it is coming from

MAKE SURE you pull all your pushrods out when you check. if you bent a pushrod, you may have damaged the lifter. when i bent a pushrod, i knocked the keeper out of my lifter.

I would have to say the knock in the video is a rod knock for sure. If yours sound like the one in the video you have major problems

It was a broken piston skirt. This was the thread that I posted:
