Coolant after a head swap.
Just put some new gaskets on...
What is the normal amount of time before you can stop adding coolant.
I am figuring thre are still small air bubbles in the system...
I originally filled with coolant, heat cycled filled with coolant again.
Then drove it 30 miles the next day. Filled coolant about 5 cap fulls
Then drove it 20 miles today. Filled coolant about 3 cap fulls..
Think this is normal? Just some air in the system? Thanks

Check for:
Coolant in oil, oil in coolant, coolant in exhaust and any leaks. Fill the recovery tank (after intial fill, heat cycle, top off) to full cold and then run it for a few days. Top the recovery tank (full cold) off again and then check it from time to time - you should be fine.

Some gaskets require a retorque after heat cycling or they WILL leak. I've had this experience first hand. If you still suspect leaking after a retorque, GM makes coolant sealing tabs that some have had success with. Good luck!
