Default Need help with Dual valve spring question

Ok I ended up breaking the stock valve spring, rocker arm and bending a valve the other day.The heads are from GTP and I'm running a F-11 cam.Now I took the heads to NAPA to be fixed.Turns out the heads have stock springs on them, and I have a set from REV I believe the 11/16 Dual replacements. Now napa says the REV springs have to much seat pressuer. The said something like 210,and the stock are I think 110.So for the cam they told me I need 140 seat pressure and the REV won't work.I had recentally got the car from my buddy. He bought the REV springs cause a valve was floated a year ago and said to use the REV springs. Now the heads were just cleaned up from GTP 10k ago. Napa want's to charge me $850 to fix the heads. They want to use different springs change the exhaust valves and change valve guides. My question is should I trust NAPA in what they say about the springs being to much pressure? Or can I use the Rev springs.
Sorry my question is so long and any input will be greatley appreciated.Thank's......

The valve springs are not factory on the heads they are currently Rev1116 Rev quite making the 1116 and made a upgraded spring to replace the 1116. But here is a TTT for you....

First, not sure I would trust NAPA (at least not my local one). Second, if you are into it that deep, I would just get the Patriot kit to get the new seals as well. Why are they telling you that the valves/guides need to be replaced?

They said something about the valves bing tipped? Something about running the stock springs with the cam messed up the exhaust valves.I don't trust them at NAPA.Sounds like they want to make a buck or 2.
