these heads. They look to be a great bang for the buck. It says valve spring good to .580 lift, but would they still be safe to run a 224/224 .581/.581 cam?? I was originally gonna get a stock set port/polished but its just too damn expensive given the other options available.

They're probably LS6 springs. You'll want to have them upgrade you to 918's. I would think they could do that for ~$100.
