This is probably a dumb question but I dont know what part I need

my stock bolts that I took out of my 04 Ls1 gto are 3 sizes

the small bolts were 2" long
next size was a little over 4-3/8"
and the big ones were 6-1/2"

sooooo what part # do I need for ARP replacements studs

thanks for helping me out

I dont that you can use studs for the heads while the engine is still in the car, unless the GTO is alot different than the f-body.

Head studs stick way up from the engine block, and you must have lots of room above the end of the studs to be able to place the heads over the studs.

You can remove and install heads with studs in place.

They did change the bolts in '04 but there are still GTo folks out there that require the longer bolts. I believe they changed that in Spring of '04.

I used ARP studs with the engine in the car (Note: 99 Camaro). Plenty of room. Just had to unbolt a few things extra to shift them out of the way.
