BG Ram Air Question?
First off, how much is it... there is no mention of amount on his site.. and since I can not find his e-mail on that site eather I am asking you. 2)How long did it take him to get it to you after payment?
3)How hard was it to remove the baffles?
4)[People that know me, know im nuts about this] Will I be able to put the original baffles back in later? <img src="graemlins/burnout.gif" border="0" alt="[Burnout]" />

Re: BG Ram Air Question?
1) I spent about $200 for everything in the kit (except the rain blocker, I didn’t get that). When I bought mine last year, he had order forms on the site that also listed all the prices.
2) It took about 3 weeks to get it after payment. He makes each order after it’s placed.
3) Not hard. Drill out the rivets and the back baffle comes out easy. The front baffle also has rivets that must be drilled out, but after that it is also lightly glued in place, so you’ll have to apply a little pressure to get them out. Don’t worry about pushing on them, they won’t break. I had to push on mine pretty hard.
4) If you have a rivet gun, I guess you could. I’ve never known anyone who has though.
Don’t hesitate to get this kit! The quality is exceptional, people who don’t know any better will think it came that way stock!

About that rain blocker...
My car is a dayly driver so if rain comes i will need it.. when you put it in place, since the airbox is sealed, would that not cut off all the air going into the airbox?

Re: BG Ram Air Question?
No.
I don’t have it, but I’ve seen how it works.
The foam gasket that seals your hood to the box is about 1/2" thick. This gasket pops off and the blocker plate (which is only about 1/16" thick) pops in it’s place. The extra space that is now between the box and the hood scoops is where the box gets it’s air from now. Basically, it’s now getting under hood air just like a non-Ram Air car. Plus, the scoops are now totally blocked off by the plate so elements just can’t get in.
It’s really a good setup.
