you could have bent na axle..dont' laugh it happens..check your plugs and wires ..lets do the easy stuff first..put the car ona lift and see what if anything is FUBAR'd..check yoru tire size and balance..if that checks out get an alignment..and the clutch thing...yea..check your master cylinder and it's more than likeley a shitty slave..i have been through 7 * advanced auto* if it breaks they are free..well until you get to seven anyways..dont give up on her...the last guy did that tooo....

Do you have any F-body clubs in your area? I have learned an enormous amount from mine, I wish I had more time to hang out with them. Unfortunately Im like sasquach to them, they hear about me, but never see me 
I think if you hooked up with a solid group of Fbody guys who knew thier way around our cars, they could get you started in the right direction, and give you guidance on what steps you should take next

yah we have a local Fbody club but I have never been able to attend a meet because my car is always broke. I am taking it to the dealership tomorrow and letting them hook up the computer and try to find out if they know what is wrong.
hope you have deep pockets - dealer labor to fix all that has been mentioned is gonna be at least a down payment on a beater...
Gotta ask the obvious question first. You had the car for three days and had to replace the engine? I assume there was no warranty at all through AutoSource. Usually you can opt out of a sales contract that soon after the transaction. Probably to late to help you now, but your local BBB might be of some help.
As for troubleshooting, you really need to start with the basic stuff, as has been mentioned. Look at each problem separately and troubleshoot it to the best of your ability. Once you get stuck on one thing, someone here on the board will be able to help. It's tough for anyone to tell you where to start with the way things have been presented.
