Default HELP!! Car won't start...

we had a cold streak where it was around 0 or below at night and the first day of it, I went out to start my car an it wouldn't run. It would turn over and try to run but would backfire and die. I thought it was just too cold so I waited till today (it's about 40) and see.
Still won't start, it turns over fine and fires a little bit but won't run.
I pulled plugs on both sides and it's getting spark and the plugs look damp with fuel and smell like gas.
Not sure where to go next??? any suggestions??

hope this is the right forum for this...

thanks.

I had a GM tech come over last night and try to help me out. He suggested that or the crank sensor. Guess I'll clean the plugs and pray it works. Changing the crank sensor doesn't sound like fun.
