mines 2 3/4" I had a local shop build it for me. $75 installed on my int. pipe.

umm, what are you going to use it on?

If you looking for one for a LS1, go for the 3"

My intermediate pipe is 2 3/4" so I'm assuming I need a 2 3/4" cutout to fit properly? I also want stainless steel. There has got to be somebody out there that sells them.

I used a 3" on my stock y-pipe. Larger is better <img src="images/icons/wink.gif" border="0"> They only make them in 2.5" or 3".

Don't know about stanless steel but jegs and summit sell cutouts.
