I bought the Lowe's version (Kobalt brand) and it isn't doing what I want. Actually it IS, but it doesn't fully seal on the bottom. The little plastic nipple doesn't fully seal, so it's allowing flow in and out that I just don't want.
Anybody got any input on this one?
