I am in the same situation. I just bought a cam only car with TRex and want to put a set of heads on it. Is there any benefit to be had by flycutting the piston? My car is strip only and I want to get the most I can out of it. I have been looking at the TSP PRCs but want to make sure I get a set that will net me the best et.

Agreed, i have turned some badass ET's with minimal HP compared to the masses. Some people may be on the quest for 500whp with a stock bottom end. Frame that sheet and put it over the fireplace mantel, haha.

Also remember that fact that with the PRC heads, you more than likely won't have to flycut, as the valves are sunk.

is there anything bad about flycutting besides the hassle. Because i have patriot stage 2 heads and i am getting the trex, but i would rather keep the heads i have and do what is neccesary to make it work.
If someone could tell me what all i need to do for this setup to work.
They are stage 2 59cc heads

you absolutley need to flycut ur pistons.
