Does anybody know the difference, if any in head casting numbers? Currently I have 853 or 241 to choose from. These numbers are cast externally. I'm just wondering which ones to send away, for machining? <img src="images/icons/confused.gif" border="0">

I tried, in vain, some time ago to sort out the numbers. Turns out theres quite a few. And just as many for the LS6 heads :-/

I wanted to be able to verify it was an LS6 casting, even after having been ported. So far, no dice from the casting #s.
