R44LTS
Guys, just got my 99 T/A last week and with 32,000 on the clock, and the original owner doing NO MAINTENANCE at all, other than oil changes, I went and did everything, Rear Gear Oil, Fuel filter, Oil, etc., I also put new plugs in after making the mistake of looking at the FAQ chart on LS1.com, under Stock Replacement Spark Plugs, it listed, among other brands, the Delco R44LTS gapped at .50, which I used, thinking that Delco would be the best, In my 11.80 T-Type I ALWAYS used the Stock R44TS plugs and it ran perfect and ET'ed the best with the delco's - DID I MAKE A MISTAKE???????

Re: R44LTS
I was hoping that I would'nt neccesarrily LOSE performance with these plugs, and that they'ed be fine as a stock replacement for now while I go ahead and get my Lid, exhaust, AutoTap to monitor things, MAFT, etc., would that be correct??

Re: R44LTS
perfectly fine. theres really no NEED to switch with the basic bolt-ons (lid, maf, exhaust). most people just see a greater gain with the NGK's. autotap and the MAFT are the best boltons IMO.

Thanks Ryan, Yea, it looks like the MAFT in conjunction with AutoTap monitoring is the best Bang for the buck for a stocker! If it knocks, Up the fuel, if theres NO Knock, bump the timing, Etc., using this method!
