would you buy this camshaft instead stock one? is it worth $850?

thats too expensive, slp charges a lot just because they are a popular brand. i see you are stock, get some exhaust and intake stuff first to let your car breath and then if you want to get a cam just look here in the parts for sale section, new and used and much lower prices. that camshaft is probably not worth the 850 dollars

Doesnt look like a bad cam or package for the price, but SLP usually is overpriced and underperforms, so Id say look at some of the sponsors on the board, such as Texas Speed, and get a kit from them. Also I agree with Craz28, dont start off with a cam if you dont have all the bolt ons as you wont see the maximum gains from the cam if everything else is stock. Get some pacsetters and an ory from texas speed (usually around $500+shipping for the coated pacesetters), a lid, and a cutout. Also, id say change out plugs/wires when you do headers as its easiest then as they have to come out anyways.
