6.0 block ..align hone/decked?/ Anybody who is using the 6.0 block..
did you guys align hone or deck the block any?? Or are these engines up to a higher standard now versus the ole days.
Are the 6.0's 6 way main caps also???
how much are you guys paying for a bore/hone with torque plates???
Any deburring???
This will be a race preped block...

Re: 6.0 block ..align hone/decked?/ I am getting mine align honed since I got different caps. I bought my block new and I'm getting anything that is needed. The problem is that mine hads been sitting at the machine shop for the last 8 months or so. <img src="images/icons/frown.gif" border="0">
But yes the block is a 6 bolt main. Just about identical from the LS1 block. But with a bigger bore.
