exact specs of pushrods
I may have a place that can possibly source or make a set of pushrods for ~ $60
they need to know the exact measurements though.
anybody know where I could find this info?
thanks in advance.

Re: exact specs of pushrods
but you have to changes springs at the same time you cannot just put chrome moly ones in there. then you will have other problems.
I would strongly be against the chrome moly ones unless you want to do the springs also!!!

Re: exact specs of pushrods
The stock push rods are designed to bend in an attempt to lessen the likelihood of valve to piston contact during excessive rpm operation. The LS1 engines use a low tension valve spring that is more prone to floating valves. Using a chromoly or hardend push rod will not bend near as easily and therefore increases the chance of piston to valve contact in an over rev situation.
