A stock setup - most likely.

Do you mean will the quiet down after "breakin"?

I wouldn't think so, unless there is a valvetrain adjustment that needs to be made (excepting the initial startup when they may be low on oil - but after about 60 seconds that's probably as quiet as they will get).

ahhh yea it is louder than stock i thought it was just the new heads but i thought i would check
