5.3L Parts Compatability

I apologize if this has been covered, I tried to search but I'm in Iraq at the moment, and certain parts/buttons of some webpages don't work due to the craptastic internet available. Anyway.

Idealy, I'd like to build a 6.0L for my '63 Chevy II, but someone I know is giving me a very good deal on a complete 5.3L out of a Chevy fullsize. Will LS2 heads and intake fit on this motor? From what I understand the cylinder bore won't be an issue with head fitment, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

Also, I'm curious about stroker kits. Will a 4" crank with 6.125" rods work with this motor or will the block need clearancing?

LS2 heads will not fit due to valve/bore interference. I wouldn't even bother with a 5.3 . Just because it's a good deal doesn't mean you should use it.
