ttocs

So im kind of set on this cam...right now i have a horrible crane that dies at 5k...Heres my questions...I have crane TI retainers, springs, pushrods, and rockers. What all am i going to need for this cam? And how safe do you think a 100/150 wet shot would be on top of this cam, stock internals besides whats mentioned above. Almost 70k on the engine, never a problem and well taken care of. I have a 255 fuel pump already so i take it all i would need is injectors and a tune to keep up with the fuel demand of the cam and spray, correct? I have a stage 2 clutch so hopefully that would hold up, if not ill get a new one. Thanks guys!
