They DO take decent care of the problem though.
My only complaint was I had to wait a month for the replacement "fixed" head
I was "misled" about when the head would be finished and sent.
So far no problems with the replaced head.
Was yours on the driver's-side too?

Also, if they had problems with this for awhile why did they sell you your heads? Or did you have them for awhile? I would think they would have sent all their customers a message about the failures.
