What size are the valves(factory)? What CR would milling .30 produce(with stock pistons)? Is there an optimum valve size for a H/C car? Will the valve spring for a 5.7 head fit? <img src="images/icons/confused.gif" border="0">

Sporadic, has 6.0 L truck heads. He said they were milled 0.030" with a resulting combustion chamber of 63cc. That makes for 10.6:1 static compression if everything remains the same as stock (minus the heads).

with the 2.02 1.57 valve you can use the stock guide size too <img src="images/icons/smile.gif" border="0">

The stock valve size is 2.00/1.55 in the 6.0l heads. As for the best valve size for a 346ci heads/cam car? I had great results with the 2.02/1.57 valves in my GTP stage 2 heads.
