Default Mac lowend versus longtube lowend

Would a guy lose more lowend torque from Mac headers or from longtubes such as flp's or grot's?

It seems like lots of people are saying that they loose lowend from adding headers of any kind. So, with which ones do you lose more lowend torque?

Mac's would make you lose more low end tq rather than FLPs or Grots. But the difference is marginal. But its there.

do you lose low end compared to stock manifolds?
or just they make less low end then full lengths?

I didn't loose any hp/tq anywhere when I added MAC headers w/ off-road. Here is the dyno graph:

Later on I switched to Grotyohann longtubes w/ an off-road y-pipe. The only difference in the two runs are the headers/y-pipe.

This is was with a Lunati/B1 cam and stock heads. On a stock internal motor, there is hardly any difference between the longtubes and the MACs.
