Default Timing issue?

Here is my problem. Last night at the track I made 3 passes. On every one of them when the car shifted into 3 gear my timing would go to 2-7 deg and hold there for several lines on my autotap. Feels like the car falls on it's face. I was low on gas but I later put half a tank in the car and it still did the same thing. I did not get any KR and my o2's were about .885-.895. It did not feel like Torque Managment. It stayed to long for it to be that (I Think). Is there anything besides KR that would pull timing? I will post my Logs toinght if that helps.
HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP

Thanks
