what am i doing wrong??? I have a 1998 trans am ws6 with borla, whisperlid/k&n, M6.
my best time is 13.44 at 107
I am running my new tires that are pretty much just like the stock ones. But trap speeds at 107 and i even had a 108 trap speed and my best time is only 13.44, i have been told i should be running allot better than that with such a high trap speed. my car has the power!!! What is wrong, i just ordered SLP short throw shifter and ****. Will that help at all???

Re: what am i doing wrong??? 107 mph is good for 12.7-12.8 with a decent driver and a decent launch. What are your 60' times? That is what you need to concentrate on.
