I need to change the rocker pedastals, If I take off all the rockers, and put the new pedastal on, can I just torque the rocker bolts back down to 22 ft-lbs, or do I have to turn the motor to get each valve at TDC first. I 'm pretty new at this so i'd appreciate some advise.

You got it, just torque them down, no need to turn engie over. <img src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" border="0">
