Default How good are Eagle ESP H-beam rods?

I have a set of the eagle 6.125 ESP H-beams for my 8.6cc Diamond boost pistons and stock crankshaft.

I heard different things about Eagles quality , realy only about there Crankshafts,
something about them being hard to balance, or that you have to do a lot to get them balanced corectly in the LS1 motor.

I am using my stock crank anyway , but wanted to know how good the eagle H-beam rods are.

Mine look awesome and nice pieces of machinery, but was wondering how strong they are.

Got a set in a 427sbc chevy about 3years ago. they have seen around 2000plus dragstrip passes with all the street racing the car saw plus 15k of useage and numerous trips to 7000rpm. The eagle rods aren't to bad just keep the RPM sane and make sure they have L19 ARP bolts.I persoanlly perfer crowers and Olivers but not everydoby can afford them.

the only downside to any Hbeam is weight and with a stock crank there is a good chance to balance it you are going to need mallory metal.

The top of the cap screw will have L-19 stamped into it. The eagle rods have handled over 1100 HP @ 8000 rpm on a boosted vehicle with the L-19 cap screw upgrade. If you plan on alot of rpm over 7000 rpm for your motor, I would be prepared to change them out every season.
