HOTCAM is in...trooper mod or drill TB?

HOTCAM is in...trooper mod or drill TB? It idles fairly well, but will stumble and stall on restart. On cold starts i have to feather the throttle for a few seconds to keep it running. I have only driven the car 100 miles do to weather, should i drill the throttle blade or adjust the idle screw? or leave it alone till the computer "learns" the idle?

I have the throttle blade drilled 15/64
I also have a .022" shim ontop of the FACTORY
set idle stop screw.
It works great for me..
