Valve springs, pushrods, and tune, hopefully you have a free flowing exhaust and some intake goodies.

Depending on higher milage motors it is a good idea to inspect, or replace the oil pump. I think if you have around 60k though, you should be fine. I would also suggest that you do the timing chain as well. The LS2 chain is peanuts over a full double roller setup. I would definitely do the chain, but if you plan on doing that then You will be able to get to your oil pump with ease.

Hardened pushrods are almost a must. Mechanical over rev will give your stock ones a pretzel shape if they give out!

Well I have a 02 so the ls6 intake is there and planning on getting a ported TB. My car only has 31k miles. So valve springs, pushrods will do.. How about timing chain? I currently have LT's

I think you might want hardened push rods. What about an LS2 timing chain?
