Default My car is being crappy!...help

Last night, my car started acting really funny. When I pulled out of my neighborhood, it started running odd with no power. I had it about half-way throttle and it would only go about 25-30 mph. Then, it would kick in and go normal. It does this off and on. It sounds and feels likes its missing, bad! I don't know if it turned the SES light on cause its already on due to my headers. When this happens, my voltage meter goes down. Also, how do you know your fuel pump is going out, cause I think this might be it because a few weeks ago, it was making a funny noise, but hasn't done anything until now. Is there anyway I can check this besides waiting until it goes out completely? Or any other suggestions about what this may be, possibly something electrical? Im and idiot so please help

Thanks!

When I accidently left my air temp sensor and mass airflow disconnected after the ramair install my car did the same thing. It triped a SES light a few minutes later. Make sure all of you connects or on tight. You say you have a SES light from your headers? are you running you rear o2's or sims? cats or race pipes? If your running race pipes and rear o2's then that might explain it, need sims. That was the problem my friend was having with his `00 mustang. If all else fails reset the PCM and see if it goes away. Might be a computer problem.

Good luck.
