Default cam specs and emissions

I want to use the most aggressive cam I can get away with and still squeak pass emissions when that day comes.

So, assuming that I will keep the cam on a 114 LSA...

Would a single pattern be more emissions friendly than a split pattern?

How big of a factor is intake centerline?
I would install the cam straight up, but I would imagine that most of the cams I'm looking at have a few degrees of advance ground in. Where would my emissions limit be? 112 I/C? 111 I/C? 110 I/C?

I shouldn't bother worrying about lift as a factor? is this correct?

Which duration spec effects emissions more?
.006? or .050?
I bring this up because I've heard that any duration over 224 will be iffy in passing, but I've seen 224 duration cams have less duration at .006 than the B1? So which spec factors more an emission test?

Lastly, I want your guys opinion on if you think this cam will pass?
279/279 226/226 .570/.570 114, not sure on I/C
This will be in a stock cubed motor.

Sorry for all the questions, but I just want to understand all of this better. <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0">

thanks in advance,
Steve
