define big.
plenty of people spraying 200-250 on factory castings. you'll have more issues with lifting the heads and ruining gaskets than casuing any damage to the head itself.
the aftermarket heads have thicker decks and will work better w/ extreme cylinder pressures.

Noyzee was saying that he had mild problems pushing water when he was running a stock casting until he swapped to the aftermarket casting. Although I think he was running head studs and cometic head gaskets. I would think that the Titan SCE gaskets would hold up better due to the inlayed lip.

i had 2 sets leak on me, and 1 set on another car, and my buddy did a stang with them, and same thing.
