window motors?

window motors? On my 98' firebird the driver side window doesnt want to come up all the time. Sometimes it will work just fine and other times it just doesnt want to move at all, if i let it sit for a little while sometimes it will come on up though.
Does this sound like the motor or the switch that is causing the problems?

Re: window motors? Get a new motor, they suck, I got a 2001 and my passanger side one is starting to poop out..it works fine, but its slow as all hell...
Another thing to do to stop them from sucking is to make sure the windows are all the way up before you close the doors...if you shut the door with them down slighty they rattle like hell which shakes the hell out of the crap inside.. <img src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" border="0">

I too have a '01, and mine's doin' the same as Bad Habbit Bird's on the Firehawk <img src="gr_sad.gif" border="0">
Gonna make the dealership give me a new one <img src="graemlins/gr_punch.gif" border="0" alt="[fight]" /> I'm not gonna pay out-of-pocket when it's still under warranty <img src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" border="0">
