is the g5x4 to big for a stock ls1 motor ??

like i been hearing people say the g5x4 is for the bigger cube motors

well april be my set date on buying a cam. and i dont want to flycutt thats y i want the g5x4 vs the g5x3 on the 112lsa

some guy has a thread where he used one of those cams but hes not making anywhere near enough power.. cant remember exactly. im pretty sure his exhaust and intake is restricting everything..

He had a crappy ls1 intake, and very restrict exhaust.

Hell I made 403 rwhp with boltons and cam only using the g5x3. No pully or electric water pump either. So his setup is WAY too restrictive for what the x4 cam can do.

Let him open her up with some good longtube headers and a 90/90 combo and he'll see what the g5x4 can do.
