I called and spoke to one of Ed's technicians. He advised to get L-trims, Maf & Rpm readings to send along with the PCM. Plus any other changes I wanted done. This time I'll have him;
Tie in transmission line pressure with TPS
Delete maxed out MAF code and
Delete P0751 1-2 shift solenoid stuck open code.

Are there any other A-Tap readings I should send with the unit? <img src="images/icons/confused.gif" border="0">

I just had my pcm done by Ed and he told me he HAD always tied the pressure to the tps. Just so you know.

I'd send him your O2s at WOT, and your IAC count.

This is also a chance to play with lock-up speed and shift points if you need it.

Thanks for the pointers guys. I'll take it for some A-Tap readings tomorrow.
By the way, I can feel the MMS heads have added some good power to the car. I wish there was a decent dyno around here. I just need to get the heads tuned in. We do have a track near. <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">

Default With new Heads, PCM back to Ed Wright?

The car was running rich and I thought the new heads would lean it out some. But, very little. I'll have Ed change for the increased compression but will that help lean it out?

Also, at half throttle, it will accelerate in like 2nd gear at about 3000 RPM and it feels like it will pop out of gear for just a second then pop back in!!! What causes that? I had torque management deleted first time around.
Anything else I should have him change?

Thanks.
Jerry

Have you autotapped or dynoed with a wideband to see what your AF ratio is?
