Default Need help with some questions about resetting the PCM

Okay guys, I am going to reset my PCM sooner or later to see if it solves my tranny acting weird every once in a while. Anyways, I am trying to figure out if Iu should drive the car hard for the inital relearning period? Will this make the car eprform better or prevent any limp driving modes? Anyone have an ideas or info? Thanks!

Just seems like the upshifts wander a bit and the downshifts are sometimes harsh and a little delayed feeling. Mostly it does this when cold? Any ideas? The TC sort of locks up a little harsh, do not know if that is normal?
