what needs to be done to the head to go from a 2.02 and 1.57 valve size to the larger 2.055 and 1.60 that the MTI stage 2 heads have? also how much we talking about?

You are going to need new, larger valve seats. This is pretty labor intensive and is the big difference in cost when going from a MTI "stage" 1 head to a MTI "stage" 2 head.

 

Thanks Jason. that's what i thought. i'll have to check local perf. shop to see what they say for it.
