Default tach install help!!

i have a autometer 5inch monster tach and need to know what pin from the computer is the tach. i have a 99 transam and heard they changed it over the years to different pins. can someone put a link up or explain it? thanks

For a 99 it's wire 10 on the red connector.

I concurr.....it's also a white wire....might be easier to find if you know the color
