I have installed a few sets of MACs and they all have gone in from the top w/ the coilpacks and valvecovers off. The hardest part is getting the old stuff off. If you are having a hard time getting the passenger side header in, pry the motor over some. This works a good majority of the time. If not, loosen the motor mount bolt and jack the engine up some. Good luck!
