Are you looking for a pump with the top provision? If so, those are the truck water pumps, but I think their pulley is further forward.

Truck engines are:
4.8l
5.3l
6.0l

They didn't make a 5.7l truck engine.

The pulley is farther forward and the TB cable drum will not clear the water pump outlet neck if used with a car manifold.
