This is incorrect info, talk to any cam manufature out there they will tell you 1-8-7-2-6-5-4-3. The LS1's have a two cylinder swap not a 1 cylinder swap. Hell for that matter talk to Warren Johnson, he will tell you this info. He is the person who came up with the 7-4 swap cam!

The LS1 and Ford late model 5.0 both have the same firing order when you number them the same and start them on the same cylinder.
