Alright, here's the deal. My check engine light came on about a week ago-right before Christmas. I went to a friend's house who had a scanmaster, and it threw these codes: 412 & 416, which is the secondary air injection system. I found a blown 30 amp fuse and replaced it, but it blew again as soon as I drove the car out of the driveway. My car is still under warranty, but I prefer not to take it to the dealer. This did not occur in conjunction with any of my mods. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My 99 SS started doing that. Come to find out the air pump was full of water. (The car sat for 6 months) They replace the whole thing under warranty.

 

Check all of the vacuum hoses around the intake. I threw that code once and found it was a loose hose on the drivers side...
