Push rods and springs

Push rods and springs I think I bent a pushrod or two at the track the other night. Are the stock LS1 pushrods out of a 98 motor the same as a 2000 4.8 Vortec ? Can I get some opinions on what kind of springs to use when I break it down to replace the rod(s). After the second time down the track , the S.E.S. light came on, but cleared the next morning. On Sunday I started up the truck and there it was, TICK, TICK,TICK <img src="gr_sad.gif" border="0"> When it warmed up, it got quieter but not gone. I was running on N2O. Diagnosis and opinions are welcome.
