Paging jmx Hi there man!
I want to know if you know of any good shops in Austin to do the stroker for me?
I just want to see all my options!
Man if I had the place I would do it my self! But I do not have the place for it. That really sucks.

Re: Paging jmx Colvin's is the place I'd go...they've got a few LT1's on stands right now that I beleive they built, and since you arent resleeving I'd think they could build the ls1 up just fine. They know which machine shops to use as well.
I'll talk to them tomorrow when I return some tools I borrowed and see what they have to say. If you want to call them today, talk to steve or craig and tell em I recommended them. They can probably tell you how much labor it'd be roughly.
If they dont want to do it, ask for their recommendations on machine shops at least.

Actually talked to Steve and he said some amount in $2500.00, I might be mistaken, it was couple of days ago. Could you help me out and see if they would do it cheaper. I know Craig but I don’t think I know him as much as you! If you could! If not, it is ok.
MZM is ok but they do not know anything about LS1’s and they still did not give me any price yet. They did not know what to charge.
