Default Finally decided! engine build up on my TA

Well, after kicking around some ideas, I have decided to go with a set of ported LS6 heads and a TR 224 cam with my new coated Hooker headers that are going to be here late next week! I used the flow math from Bears heads and it should lay down some serious numbers on the dyno, the track? who knows, I will have to make the correct driveline provisions for it like 4:10's and a REAL clutch! Well, I was going to do a set of LS1 ported heads and a 2002 LS6 cam and decided screw it! I like what I saw on JS's car with that cam, and then the ported LS6 heads at 11.5 - 11.8 compression (don't know yet) should really put it above and beyond what I wanted to begin with. 304 cfm at .550 with 224 cfm max exhaust flow should do the trick. Now all I have to do is find the time to work on it!

Joe do the mods to the SS instead..
Otherwise a 12 bolt is comming your way real soon along w/a $$$ clutch if u run a stick car..

Either way its gonna run REAL WELL w/your little butt (165lbs.) in the driver seat

11.8 compression I'm sure you'll be fast.

Good luck. If you don't have the time to port new heads, I know where you can find an excellent set of heads right now.
