Default Help with DCR and head choice

Presently running a stock 2002 LS1 block and heads with MTI X1 cam. Specs 230 227 .591 .571 112LSA.

Run 93 octane what DCR would be optimal?

Thank you, so maybe some TSP 5.3 Stage 2.5 heads with a .040 gasket set? Would that be too much?

From their head / cam packages list it seems those heads would clear that cam . I seen a ms3 in the list . Give TSP a call and find out for certain .
