Can any one give ma a write up on how to install my Mac header and off road y pipe for my 98 camaro.

Yes: Jack the car up (or on lift) high, put jack stands under there. Unbolt the stock manifolds & put the macs in their place. Same as goes for any header. They go in the same way they come out. Alot simpler than everyone thinks, just time consuming. Plan on it taking a day if you are doing it yourself. Air tools help alot.
