98-99 headers on a '00???

will headers for a 98-99 work on my 00...I know there is a difference...I have a 98-99 SLP Y pipe I can use if these headers will fit...is there any modificayion that will be necessary??? Anyone do this before??? Thanx

You will need ‘98/’99 AIR and EGR tubes. Speed Inc. (site sponsor) sells these if you want to do the retrofit.

I thought 97/98 heads have a different bolt pattern than 99 and up heads.

different valve cover pattern is all that im aware of for the 97-98 and 99+ heads.

The '00 and up manifolds flow better than the earlier ones.
